The answer is always yes! As we know that exercising is the one factor to make people healthy. Women are also interested in exercising because they concern about their body and shape. The most important thing of exercising is that women should know the purpose of exercising to get the benefit in correct way. Besides that, women should know that what the good time to exercise is? It is a must to exercise in the correct time because women can gain more effective and it also helps women to burn the fat in women’s body: different time brings different effective. 







The way to eat in women also important in exercising, Women should stop eating the food that has some ingredient of fat. Even though they exercise regularly, they still eat by not considering: exercising cannot help in anyway.

However, it is unnecessary whether you get a good shape or not. The important point of exercising is getting healthier: that’s enough. I think it is good for us because exercising can help people in many ways. Besides having a good shape, it can help people protect themselves from many kinds of disease. Also, they can get more energy, decrease tension, and make themselves fresher as well. 




As a result, exercising only in a period of time brings your longer life. ^^
